    Speaker: Mark Warren, Training Consultant, TAC | Exploring how to "cool it down before we burn it out" with balance, proactivity, managing time and having something to look forward to. This session will discuss the ingredients in the prevention formula for the natural phenomenon of burnout.
    Speaker: Elizabeth Choate, Legislative Consultant, TAC | Legislative team will provide the most recent update from the 88th Legislative session covering changes to mental health process for adults and juveniles, occupational driver’s licenses, and other issues affecting County Court.
    Speakers: The Court Assistants Advisory Committee | This session will provide an overview of several functions of the Office of the County Judge and where to find resources to assist in drafting resolutions, proclamations, memorandums of understanding, interlocal agreements, standing orders, court orders, and other functions of the office.

    Speaker: Donna Cuevas, Court Assistant, Madison County | A quick overview of the process to incorporate digital recording in the Court room.
    Speaker: Hon. Martha Huerta Quintanilla, Assoc. Judge, CCL Judge #5, Nueces County | This session will review the types of cases that get appealed to County Court from lower courts, the processes to follow, and the timelines required.
    Speakers: The Court Assistants Advisory Committee | The Court Assistants Advisory Committee will answer questions that have been submitted by email that respond to issues in County Court.
