All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing (fax or email acceptable). Refunds requested before Aug. 26 are subject to a $50 processing fee. Refunds after Aug. 26 will be subject to an administrative fee equal to half of the registration fee. No refund requests will be honored after Sept. 9. If you have a hotel room reservation, contact Nino Miranda or Amy Lawson to cancel so it may be released to a person on the wait list.
