Person giving presentation to room full of people "Does the salary grievance committee have to provide notice before getting together for a meeting? Is the committee subject to the Open Meetings Act?"

Is a salary grievance committee subject to the Open Meetings Act?

Yes, the committee has rule-making or quasi-judicial authority and therefore is a governmental body under the Open Meetings Act.
