    Commissioners Court

Woman talking to a man with her hand up to indicate stop or no "I'm a new commissioner. If I want to put something on the commissioners court agenda that others may not agree with, can the judge refuse to include it?"

May the county judge refuse to put an item on the agenda?

No. Each commissioner has the right to place items on the agenda. Even if the court has ceded the administrative duty to prepare the agenda to the county judge, the actual authority over the agenda remains with the court as a whole entity.
