FY24 Project Safe Neighborhoods Formula Grant
The Project Safe Neighborhoods is a national initiative that brings together federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement officials, prosecutors, community-based partners, and other stakeholders to identify the most pressing violent crime problems in a community and develop comprehensive solutions to address them. The program is coordinated by US Attorneys Offices in the 94 federal judicial districts throughout the nation. Applicants are expected to focus grant funds on supporting one or more of the following objectives: Community Engagement, Prevention and Intervention, Strategic Law Enforcement, and Accountability. Eligible entities include states, cities and counties, and private nonprofit organizations.
