Emergency Community Water Assistance Grants

This program helps low-income rural communities (population of 10,000 or less, income less than statewide median) prepare, or recover from, an emergency that threatens the availability of safe, reliable drinking water. (Event driven - must apply within 2 years of emergency event, e.g., drought; flood; tornado; hurricane; disease outbreak; chemical spill, leak or seepage)
