FY 2025 Clean Vessel Act (CVA)
The FY 2025 Clean Vessel Act (CVA) Grant Program is now accepting proposals for funding to support the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of pump out stations and waste reception facilities for recreational boaters. This funding, provided under the Clean Vessel Act of 1992 and its subsequent reauthorizations, allows States to construct, renovate, operate, and maintain pump out stations and waste reception facilities for recreational boaters and to inform boaters about the use, benefits, and availability of pump out stations and waste reception facilities.
