Clean and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds, State FY2025 

The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) invites entities to submit information on projects to be included in the upcoming state fiscal year's State Revolving Fund programs' "General Activities" Intended Use Plans. Eligible applicants for the program include cities, counties, districts, river authorities, designated management agencies, authorized Indian tribal organizations, and public and private entities proposing nonpoint source or estuary management projects.
