Clean and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds Emerging Contaminants Programs Project Priority Invitation, State FY2024 

The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) invites entities to submit information on projects to be in the upcoming fiscal year’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program Intended Use Plans (IUPs), including projects that reduce exposure to contaminants through drinking water.  For more on financial assistance, eligible project costs and water supply corporations, public water systems, cities, counties and other entities eligible to participate in the program, go to the Emerging Contaminants webpage. All project funding is provided by subsidized loans that reduce the amount of principal an applicant must pay back. For this program, the principal is reduced by 100%.
