Eligible entities include political subdivisions of the state, commercial and non-commercial broadband service providers and partnerships between political subdivisions of the state and commercial and non-commercial broadband services providers. Eligible counties: Medina, Karnes, Bastrop, Caldwell, Burleson, Falls, Libert, Colorado, Carson, Roberts, Navarro, Fannin, Coleman, Throckmorton, Edwards, Kenedy, Trinity, Newton, Marion, Morris, Jeff Davis, Hudspeth, Irion and Reagan.
