- Once your online registration is complete, your confirmation email will include a link to make hotel reservations*. Emails will be sent to the address on the registration form.
- Conference registration is required to reserve a hotel room in the conference block. The hotel will not accept call-in reservations.
- Hotel reservations made without conference registration are subject to cancellation or an increased hotel rate.
- Hotel reservations must be secured by Aug. 6. After then, all rooms are subject to availability and a price increase.
- If you must cancel a room reservation, please email notification to Rachel Kucera. This will allow anyone on a waitlist an opportunity to stay at the host hotel.
- Please contact the hotel directly to cancel any hotel reservations.
*The Fairmont has extended the group rate for three days before Aug. 28 and three days after Aug. 30.
PLEASE NOTE HOTEL POLICY ON CHECKS: Guests are required to mail the county/company check at minimum two (2) weeks prior to arrival. They are to be sent to the Fairmont Austin (101 Red River St., Austin, TX, 78701), attn: Accounting with reservation confirmation numbers, first/last name, and payment instructions.
