Cancellations and all refund requests must be received in writing (email acceptable) by May 10. Refunds will not be given without a written request. Cancellations received no later than 5 p.m. on May 10, will received a refund minus an $85 administrative fee. The administrative fee is due for all cancellations, regardless of whether your payment has been received to offset guarantees given by TACA.
