Cut-off date:
Cut-off date for accepting reservations into these room blocks is Sept. 1. To confirm a sleeping room within the room block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of arrival.
Reservation cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival.

Please email Sam Burke or send a fax to (512) 477‑1324 to cancel your conference registration or hotel reservation. This will help move fellow attendees off the wait list. We kindly request you do not post your reservation on the listserv because this hinders the wait list management.
