"Our county has Wienermobiles haulin' buns up and down our roads, and we think they're overweight. The kids love 'em, and I don't relish putting a stop to the fun, but they're tearing up our roads. Does the county have the authority to enforce weight limits?"

Does a county have the authority to enforce weight limits on county roads?
