Log 280,000 steps or 1,800 minutes of physical activity June 3 - July 28. To hit that goal, that breaks down to 7,000 steps or 45 minutes of physical activity for 40 days. Check out our How to Guide to get started today.

    Healthy County Contest Tips

    • For the best experience, download and connect through the Wellness At Your Side app. You'll also earn 5 reward points. Connection code: county
    • Then, sync your device to WebMD ONE to automatically track your progress and earn an additional 5 points.
    • Even if you sync your device, be sure to log in regularly to ensure your exercise minutes are counted.

Don't forget to complete the ONE Health Assessment to unlock your rewards earning potential. To learn more, go to county.org/WebMDONE.
