The National Association of Counties will host its AI South Regional Forum on May 6-7 at the Texas Association of Counties’ building in Austin. This event is part of a series of regional meetings designed to educate local government officials and staff on artificial intelligence and generative AI applications in county operations.

NACo’s 2025 Legislative Conference

NACo held its 2025 Legislative Conference March 1-4 in Washington, D.C., bringing together county officials from across the nation — including about 100 from Texas. Attendees engaged with members of Congress, Cabinet secretaries and federal policymakers to discuss major issues affecting counties.
