The Texas Association of Counties' podcast, Texas County Voice, began its fourth year with a focus on the 89th Legislature. In the first episode of 2025, TAC Legislative Services Director Caroline Love offered a county-focused preview of the legislative session that started Jan. 14 and outlined the resources TAC provides to help county officials stay informed and prepared.

Since its debut in January 2022, Texas County Voice has featured a mix of interviews with county officials, discussions on major topics, and explorations of Texas' cultural and geographical landscape. From examining artificial intelligence or revisiting stories of the past, the podcast has gained national recognition for its accessible and insightful approach content.

Looking ahead, Texas County Voice plans to deliver more timely and thought-provoking conversations in 2025, exploring the issues and stories shaping counties across the state.
