    RQ-0591-KP: Bailey County Attorney. Questions the scope of authority of a juvenile probation officer related to detention hearings and ex parte communications.

    RQ-0592-KP: Grimes County District Attorney. Asks a number of questions related to the authority of the commissioners court over the use of vehicles allocated to constables’ offices.

    RQ-0593-KP: Hood County Attorney. Questions the interpretation and application of Chapter 26 of the Tax Code and Chapter 1042 of the Special District Local Laws Code to a hospital district.
