RQ-0591-KP: Bailey County Attorney. Questions the scope of authority of a juvenile probation officer related to detention hearings and ex parte communications.
RQ-0592-KP: Grimes County District Attorney. Asks a number of questions related to the authority of the commissioners court over the use of vehicles allocated to constables’ offices.
