The TAC Healthy County community is exclusively for Wellness Coordinators and Sponsors to ask questions and share tips, ideas and successes regarding Healthy County.
You have three ways to communicate to your community’s users:
- Email the group at: healthycounty@groups.county.org
- Visit the web-based platform at https://tac-community.county.org – Google Chrome internet browser will offer the best experience.
- Download the mobile app and post to the group – the free app can be found by searching “Mobilize” in your app store.
All communications sent by each method will automatically appear in all three of the platforms listed above.
