The Omada, Teladoc and Wondr Health programs are available to all fully pooled groups and participating ASO groups. Participating ASO groups for each of these include:
Omada: Brazos and Comal counties
Teladoc Health: Brazos, Comal and Taylor counties
Wondr Health: Brazos, Comal, and Guadalupe counties
