Bio

Susan M. Redford is the Executive Director for Texas Association of Counties. She served as Ector County judge, 2007-2015. Prior to her election, she was as an assistant district attorney in the Ector County District Attorney’s Office. Judge Redford began practicing law in Odessa in 1997, working in the private sector handling criminal, family, employment and probate matters. She obtained an Associate of Arts from South Plains College, a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration from Angelo State University. She is a graduate of Texas Tech School of Law and a Certified Public Manager. Judge Redford is past president of the West Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association.
