The 5-A-Day Personal Scorecard is the only equipment you need to take the challenge. To get started, look for the "5-A-Day Challenge" poster and scorecards at your work site. Or see your local wellness coordinator to pick up your weekly scorecard.

Take the Challenge

 Eat a serving, score a point, it's that easy to play. Keep your scorecard close by and keep track of the fruits and vegetables you eat during the day. On the scorecard you can find a guide explaining serving sizes.
