The DWI Summit is a continuing judicial education program designed especially for Texas judges by the Texas Association of Counties and the Texas Center for the Judiciary. This program is generously funded by a grant from the Texas Department of Transportation. For their attendance, participants will earn four hours of continuing judicial education. The agenda includes topics such as blood warrants, sentencing alternatives, pre-trial issues and occupational driver’s licenses. County judges will be reimbursed through the Texas Association of Counties in accordance with grant guidelines.
