Members of TAC’s pools can be reimbursed for most travel expenses incurred for this conference. A maximum of two people per county can be reimbursed. Only two reimbursements per county will be provided, even if the county is a member of more than one TAC pool. TAC will reimburse the following expenses:
- Two-night stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel up to $139 per night for single/double occupancy; OR
- Two-night stay at the Courtyard Marriott up to $113 per night for single occupancy and $123/night for double occupancy; AND
- Travel expenses (airline, mileage, cab fare or car rental at airport) up to $300.
Please note: Receipts for lodging and airfare are required. There is no reimbursement for meals. Most meals will be provided during the conference. Only members of TAC HEBP, TAC RMP and the TAC Unemployment Fund are eligible for reimbursement.
